About This Treatment
Blepharoplasty is a procedure to rejuvenate the eye area by removing or repositioning excess skin, fat, and tissue around the eyelids. Drooping upper eyelids (dermatochalasis), puffy lower eyelids, under-eye bags, and hooded eyes all respond well to this treatment.
Non-surgical blepharoplasty uses a combination of plasma pen, radiofrequency, HIFU, and dermal fillers to tighten loose eyelid skin and address eye bags with minimal downtime — ideal for mild-to-moderate cases. Surgical blepharoplasty is a minor daycare procedure performed under local anaesthesia to remove excess skin and fat for more dramatic, permanent correction.

Non-surgical blepharoplasty uses plasma pen technology, radiofrequency, or HIFU to tighten loose eyelid skin and improve the appearance of eye bags without incisions. Suitable for mild-to-moderate eyelid laxity with minimal downtime (3–5 days).
Surgical blepharoplasty results last 5–10 years or longer. Non-surgical results last 1–3 years depending on the technique used.
Both surgical and non-surgical procedures are performed under local anaesthesia — you feel comfortable during the procedure. Mild swelling and bruising for 3–7 days after is expected.
