About This Treatment
Laser tattoo removal uses high-intensity laser pulses to shatter tattoo ink into microscopic fragments that the body's immune system clears naturally. Q-Switch Nd:YAG (1064 nm for black/dark ink, 532 nm for red) and Pico laser (755 nm for resistant or coloured inks) are used in combination. Number of sessions depends on tattoo age (older fades faster), ink colours (black fastest, yellow/green hardest), depth, size, and skin type.
